SHIPPING - US Post Office: 1-5 items: $7.00 flat rate - $2.00 each additional item.
- Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery of your purchase from the day it was charged.
- If you order with an electronic check, please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your order to be processed.
- We cannot ship tobacco products outside the Continental United States.
- We ship our products fresh daily Monday through Friday. To insure you receive only the freshest product, we order your tobacco products on the day your order is placed. We do not keep tobacco products in stock, we receive them from our distributor on the next business day and ship them to you within 2 days of delivery to us. (Orders placed on weekends will be delayed.) This process can take 7 to 10 business days before you receive your package.
- Any product that is returned for exchange or refund MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Products returned after that date will not be refunded or replaced. We can only accept FULL CARTONS or BOXES for a refund. If the product is incorrect, please do not open the carton.
- Occasionally errors occur in filling orders, or product may have been damaged in transit. If the wrong product was shipped due to an error in our shipping department, please return the package, we will refund your cost of return postage.
